Mary DuParri is a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor in Private Practice in St. Louis since 1992.  She holds a Master's Degree in Counseling from Webster University, St. Louis, MO.  and an undergraduate degree in Medical Technology from the University Of St. Francis, Joliet, IL.  Her counseling is rooted in Internal Family SystemsSM Therapy which is a deep, respectful and client-centered model.

Mary returned to school to earn her counseling degree after she experienced the life-changing benefits and personal insight that followed her own psychotherapy.  She puts it this way: "When I experienced the delights that came from improving my self-esteem, finding my voice and enriching my relationships, I wanted to share those skills with others."

In addition to seeing clients in the office, Mary presents seminars for local organizations and for therapists.  She authors Authentic Living, a newsletter containing tips on personal growth, family issues and emotional well-being.  Some of these newsletters have appeared in the Counseling Corner, a weekly column formerly published by the American Counseling Association.
